ConAgra Hit With FLSA Class Action Over OT At Ark. Plant

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 4:11 PM EST) -- A former employee of ConAgra Foods Inc.'s packaged foods division says in a proposed class action filed Wednesday under the Fair Labor Standards Act that the company withheld overtime pay from her and other front-line supervisors at an Arkansas food production plant.
