Law360, New York (November 7, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has reversed a lower court’s judgment in favor of the owner of a Milwaukee Burger King restaurant who allegedly repeatedly harassed and solicited sex from a 16-year-old employee after finding that the company was obligated to suit its grievance procedures to the understanding of the average teenager.
