Hustler Asks High Court To Review Nude Pic Copyright Ruling

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 6:27 PM EST) -- The owner of Hustler magazine has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review whether its publication of a risque photograph of a female news anchor was covered under the fair use doctrine, saying its use of the photo was transformative.
