Chrysler Wants $25M Faulty Fuel Tank Suit Junked

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 8:58 PM EST) -- Chrysler Group LLC asked an Ohio federal court Wednesday to toss a $25 million class action alleging that faulty gas tanks make its Jeep Grand Cherokees prone to catching fire, claiming the plaintiffs have not even established they own one of the vehicles.
