Calif. Appeals Court Grants Water Rights To Landowners

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 8:31 PM EST) -- A California appeals court said Wednesday that a lower court properly enacted a management plan to end a long-running dispute over water rights in California's Santa Maria Valley, but ordered the lower court to grant groundwater rights to landowners who challenged the plan.
