Astellas, Boehringer, Ranbaxy Resolve Flomax Spat

Law360, New York (November 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has dismissed a patent suit that Astellas Pharma Inc. and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. lodged against Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. over the enlarged prostate treatment Flomax, and vacated the court's prior decision to enjoin Ranbaxy from making a copycat version of the billion-dollar drug.
