High Court Squashes Calif. Grape Group's Patent Appeal

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 6:03 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused a California grape organization's request to review a Federal Circuit decision that allows a trio of grape growers to pursue a lawsuit seeking to invalidate government patents covering several varieties of grape.
