Texas Company Sues Over Key E-Commerce Feature

Law360 (August 31, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Texas-based EpicRealm Licensing LLC, a former web acceleration company, has asserted two e-commerce patents this month against a host of internet companies, in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

The patents cover the method of “creating and managing dynamic websites.” They were issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1999 and 2002 to three Texas inventors.
