Takeda Wins Costs Dispute With Alphapharm

Law360 (November 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A clerk of the court has awarded Takeda Pharmaceutical Co.'s attorneys $211,000 in expenses for the work they did in a patent fight with generics drug maker Alphapharm Pty. Ltd., despite Alphapharm's assertion that they only should have gotten about $21,000.
