Democrats Urge DOJ To Take Up Oil Royalty Case

Law360 (November 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of House Democrats have lent their voices to the fight against a recent Louisiana court decision that lawmakers fear will let energy companies off the hook from paying the federal government billions of dollars in lost royalties on oil and natural gas leases.
