US Rejects China's Bid For WTO Panel On Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 4:37 PM EST) -- The U.S. on Friday turned down China's initial request that the World Trade Organization establish a panel to consider its challenge to U.S. duties on billions of dollars' worth of exports on a host of goods, including kitchen appliances and paper products.
