Panera Franchisee Must Bargain With Bakers Union, NLRB Says

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 2:35 PM EST) -- The owner of a group of Michigan Panera Bread locations must go to the table with a newly formed bakers union, after the National Labor Relations Board determined that the franchisee violated labor law by refusing to recognize and bargain with the union.
