GEO Defends DC Venue In Bid To DQ Foley From Duty Probe

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 5:16 PM EST) -- GEO Specialty Chemicals Inc. on Monday said a D.C. federal court was the proper venue to consider its bid to block Foley & Lardner LLP from representing Chinese glycine companies in a duty investigation because of a Foley attorney's prior representation of GEO.
