Red Bull Sues Insurer Over Party Wreck Coverage

Law360, Los Angeles (November 27, 2012, 6:13 PM EST) -- Red Bull North America Inc. filed a breach of contract lawsuit in California state court on Monday, claiming two insurance companies wrongfully withdrew from defending it in litigation over a fatal 2009 car crash following an alcohol-fueled Red Bull event.
