NLRA Bars Idaho Right-To-Work Law Extensions, 9th Circ. Told

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 5:36 PM EST) -- Associations representing Idaho's local construction unions on Monday urged the Ninth Circuit to uphold a trial court decision striking down two statutes aimed at expanding the state's right-to-work law for public works projects, saying they were preempted by federal labor law.
