NJ High Court Mulls Engineer Liability In Defect Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 6:02 PM EST) -- Engineers who exited building design litigation because a New Jersey town sued them outside the legal window for bringing such defect claims should still be considered parties for determining the remaining defendants' share of liability, an attorney told the state Supreme Court on Tuesday.
