AUO Exec Was In On Secret Price-Fixing Meetings, Jury Hears

Law360, San Francisco (November 27, 2012, 7:46 PM EST) -- AU Optronics Corp. executive Steven Leung attended secret monthly meetings at Taiwan hotels where liquid-crystal display makers agreed to manipulate prices, Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd.'s LCD sales vice president told a California jury Tuesday, the second day of Leung's retrial on price-fixing charges.
