NJ Insurance Regulator Won't Delay PIP Rules

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 8:32 PM EST) -- New Jersey's insurance regulator on Friday refused to stay the adoption of changes to personal-injury protection regulations for auto insurance, rejecting arguments from some medical groups that the rules are unlawful and their implementation will cause irreparable harm.
