Judge Won't Toss Brooks Backdating Class Action

Law360, New York (November 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Taking into account investigations recently launched by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice into semiconductor maker Brooks Automation Inc., a district court judge refused to throw out a class action options backdating suit filed against the company.
