DOI Wasn't Barred From New Ban On Gulf Drilling: 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 11:01 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit held Tuesday that the U.S. Department of the Interior was not in contempt when it issued a new ban on drilling in the Gulf of Mexico after being enjoined from enforcing a previous ban, saying it was never barred from issuing another moratorium.
