Senate Bill Could Bring More Criminal Trade Secrets Cases

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 9:27 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors could launch significantly more trade secrets cases under the Economic Espionage Act if a bill to expand the reach of the statute, passed unanimously by the U.S. Senate on Tuesday, becomes law, attorneys said.
