AUO Exec Set LCD Prices After Talks With Rivals, Jury Hears

Law360, San Francisco (November 28, 2012, 7:52 PM EST) -- AU Optronics Corp. executive Steven Leung took prices that were set by liquid-crystal display makers during secret meetings and used them to dictate prices AUO would charge customers in the U.S., including Dell Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a California jury heard Wednesday.
