New Working Group Head May Smooth Do-Not-Track Dealings

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 10:04 PM EST) -- With its momentum stalled, the international group working to establish an online tracking standard replaced one of its co-chairs Wednesday, tapping Ohio State University law professor Peter Swire in hopes that he'll use his public policy experience and relationships with industry and privacy groups to broker a workable compromise.
