2nd Circ. Cans Dooney & Bourke Founder's Bribery Appeal

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 5:35 PM EST) -- A co-founder of handbag company Dooney & Bourke, convicted in 2009 of conspiring to bribe Azerbaijani officials during an oil deal, lost his Second Circuit bid for a new trial Wednesday.
