SEC Adds Ex-Delta Petroleum Head To Insider Trading Suit

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 4:31 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Wednesday that it's adding the former CEO of Delta Petroleum Corp. to its civil insider trading case that it originally brought in October against a former insurance executive, who was also hit with criminal charges, saying the ex-CEO was the source at the center of the $890,000 scheme.
