Target Shows Older Workers The Door, Class Action Says

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 5:08 PM EST) -- A former Target Corp. employee in Arizona accused the retailer Tuesday in a class action of pushing out older workers as part of a company initiative to bring in a younger workforce.

Katy Rodriguez, 59, claims she lost her job after more than two decades with the company after it brought in a slew of younger workers as part of the retailer's drive to rebrand Target with a more youthful image.
