Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 3:45 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday temporarily lifted the stay on the U.S. government's civil suit against alleged Ponzi schemer Stephen Walsh in order to mull a summary judgment bid from Walsh's former wife and relief defendant Janet Schaberg.
