4th Circ. Lifts Block On Arbitration In Santander Auto Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (November 29, 2012, 7:29 PM EST) -- The Fourth Circuit on Wednesday reversed a lower court's decision blocking arbitration in a putative class action against Santander Consumer USA Inc. over alleged undisclosed charges, finding that the car financing company's delay had not waived its right to enforce an arbitration clause.
