Ex-WestLB Employee Wins $2.54M Jury Verdict

Law360 (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A jury has awarded a former employee of German bank WestLB AG $2.54 million, finding that the financial services company retaliated against the female employee but did not discriminate against her because she was a woman.
