Catholic Group Lobbies 1st Circ. To Revive Aid Contract

Law360, Wilmington (November 29, 2012, 8:27 PM EST) -- The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops told the First Circuit on Wednesday that a federal judge erred in finding unconstitutional a $16 million federal contract awarded to the group to help victims of human trafficking, claiming its work under the contract was purely secular.
