Employers Say 6th Circ. Cintas Ruling Contradicts Title VII

Law360, New York (November 29, 2012, 6:37 PM EST) -- An employers trade group urged the Sixth Circuit on Wednesday to reconsider a ruling that revived sex bias claims against Cintas Corp., saying the decision violates employers' due process rights and improperly expands the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's power to seek classwide relief.
