Plaintiffs Cut Settlement Deal With Cheese Maker

Law360, New York (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The lead plaintiffs in a shareholder lawsuit stemming from an accounting scandal at New Jersey gourmet cheese retailer Suprema Specialties on Thursday asked a federal court to approve a $19 million settlement with the defendants in the case.
