Dana Claimants Object to 7,500 Proposed Settlements

Law360, New York (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group whose members say they have asbestos-related personal-injury claims against Dana Corp. opposed the bankrupt auto-parts maker's proposal to settle with about 7,500 other claimants for a total of roughly $2 million.
