Law360, San Francisco (November 29, 2012, 7:49 PM EST) -- AU Optronics Corp. executive Steven Leung did not have the final say on liquid-crystal display prices and did not use agreements made during secret meetings with competitors to determine those prices, a witness in his criminal price-fixing retrial told a California jury on Thursday.
