Solar Energy Co. Hits DLA Piper With Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 8:18 PM EST) -- The owners of solar energy company Regenesis Inc. hit DLA Piper with a malpractice suit in California state court Thursday, accusing the firm of neglecting its obligations to them, instead helping to steal their intellectual property and assets and siphon them to other companies.
