Power Plant Developer Says Ex-Employees Hid Side Project

Law360, Houston (November 30, 2012, 2:19 PM EST) -- A Houston power company and a private equity firm on Thursday hit two former employees with a breach of contract suit in Texas court, alleging they diverted resources from a power plant project in which the companies invested $44 million to develop a competing plant.
