AMR Seeks Another Ch. 11 Plan Exclusivity Extension

Law360, New York (November 30, 2012, 2:50 PM EST) -- AMR Corp. and its unsecured creditors committee requested yet another extension of the debtor's exclusive right to file a Chapter 11 plan Friday, saying ongoing labor negotiations have taken most of its attention away from working out a viable plan.

The American Airlines Inc. parent and the official committee of unsecured creditors in the case asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean H. Lane for the fourth time to push back the expiration dates for AMR's right to file a Chapter 11 plan and solicit votes for it...
