Judge Unlikely To Stop Foley From Glycine Duty Probe Work

Law360, Washington (November 30, 2012, 3:54 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge said Friday he was unlikely to bar Foley & Lardner LLP from representing Chinese glycine companies in a duty investigation despite one of its attorney's prior representation of GEO Specialty Chemicals Inc. since the company's confidential material wouldn't be useful in the new case.
