Judge Denies Reliant's FOIA Dispute With FERC

Law360 (November 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has denied Reliant Energy Power Generation Inc.’s Freedom of Information Act request seeking documents used by the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to put together a 2003 report on the California energy crisis that accused Reliant of contributing to increased gas prices.
