Law360, Philadelphia (November 30, 2012, 5:21 PM EST) -- A charter schools company earlier this month urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review a case in which it seeks a $1.8 million administrative expense claim from the formerly bankrupt former parent of the Philadelphia Inquirer stemming from allegations of defamation.
