7th Circ. Revives Saint-Gobain Retaliation Suit Again

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 2:51 PM EST) -- A worker who said Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp. fired him for complaining about time clocks provided enough evidence for a jury to infer that he was retaliated against, the Seventh Circuit said Friday, reviving a case that has already gone up to the nation's highest court.
