Disney Rips Stan Lee Media's Suit Over Marvel Heroes IP

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 12:32 PM EST) -- The Walt Disney Co. on Friday blasted Stan Lee's former company for filing a lawsuit claiming Disney has never actually owned the rights to the artist's famed comic characters, asking a Colorado federal judge to toss a case that is collaterally estopped and “flawed beyond cure.”
