Pool Chemical Co.'s Duty Refund Bid Nixed By Supreme Court

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 5:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to hear swimming pool chemical company Alden Leeds Inc.'s challenge to a Federal Circuit ruling that sunk a case Alden Leeds filed to recoup cash it deposited to cover dumping duties on pool-sanitizing chemicals from Spain.
