Philips, Best Buy To Settle LCD Price-Fixing Claims

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 5:16 PM EST) -- Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. has reached a settlement with Best Buy Co. Inc. to resolve the retailer's claim that the Dutch giant took part in a conspiracy to fix prices for liquid crystal display technology, according to court documents filed Friday.
