Dominion Pipelines Pass Environmental Muster, FERC Says

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 6:38 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Friday ruled that two proposed Dominion Transmission Inc. natural gas pipeline projects spanning Pennsylvania and New York would likely not have any major impact on the environment, despite concerns from several groups.
