Lennar Must Turn Over Withheld Docs In Axed $134M Land Buy

Law360, New York (December 3, 2012, 8:10 PM EST) -- Lennar Corp. has two weeks to turn over thousands of documents and make executives available for deposition after a Maryland federal judge ruled Monday that the home builder withheld documents in a long-running contract dispute over a soured land deal.
