EU Student Group To Take Facebook Privacy Gripes To Court

Law360, New York (December 4, 2012, 6:11 PM EST) -- An Austrian student group revealed plans Tuesday to take its allegations that Facebook Inc.'s privacy policies fail to comply with the bloc's strict data protection laws to court by challenging the findings of an Irish regulator's recent audit of these practices.
