NJ Court Backs Nondisclosure Of Draft Hospital Report

Law360, New York (December 4, 2012, 5:42 PM EST) -- A New Jersey hospital's attorney suffered a setback in his fight to obtain records related to the reopening of a shuttered facility when a state appeals court ruled Tuesday that public policy encouraged the documents' protection.
