AUO Exec Was LCD Rivals' 'Man On The Inside,' Jury Told

Law360, San Francisco (December 4, 2012, 9:23 PM EST) -- AU Optronics Corp. executive Steven Leung served as a “man on the inside” who would share his company's prices and market details on liquid crystal displays with competitors he knew through secret monthly price-fixing meetings, a California federal jury heard Tuesday.
