Calpine, Pipelines Spar Over Contract Jurisdiction

Law360, New York (November 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Calpine Corp. has slammed what it called two pipeline companies' eleventh-hour backpedaling in ongoing talks about rejecting contracts between them, baffling counsel for the pipelines who said his clients have been forthright about their position on the contracts since the outset.
